＜写真展内容＞
ひとつの町の物語。この町はオーストラリアの小さな町。白ワインが有名。春には桜並木と菜の花畑。羊がいっぱい。きれいで静かで穏やかだ。
すこし昔、まだ世界が二番目の大きな戦争をしていた頃、この町には捕虜収容所があった。捕虜の大半は日本人とイタリア人だった。八月の満月の夜、1000人以上の日本人捕虜による集団脱走事件が起こった。
事件から60年経った昨年、この町で記念行事が行われた。作者は、その行事の模様を中心に、町の人々、訪れた人々、町の風景など、この町の今を撮った。カラー約30点、モノクロ約20点。

This exhibition tells the tale of a small town in Australia.
In the midst of nature there are sheep farms, vineyards and cherry orchards.
During the Second World War there was a POW camp in this town.

In 1944, over 1,000 Japanese POWs escaped from the camp.
Last year, the sixtieth anniversary of the breakout was commemorated here.
KINO ASA, photographer, recorded scenes and people around the town.

紀あさ（キノアサ）
東京綜合写真専門学校卒業。2004年渡豪。05年帰国。
写真展に02年4月「SEN ZEN City」(新宿ニコンサロンJuna21)、03年4月「SEN ZEN City」(大阪ニコンサロンJuna21)がある。
